IMPORTANT: LeadRadar provides business data and opportunity signals for informational purposes. We are not responsible for you converting leads.
The success of your outreach depends entirely on your own sales process, message quality, and service value. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, response rate, or revenue from the use of our platform.
2. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, LeadRadar scans publicly available information. Business details (phone numbers, websites, social handles) may change or be inaccurate at the source.
3. Subscription, Credits & Refunds
Payments for credits and subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the dashboard. Unused credits are non-refundable but remain available for use during your billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 36 hours of purchase. After 36 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, contact leadradar@gmail.com with your purchase details.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with all local anti-spam and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR) when contacting leads found through our platform.
